English Constitution Society The Restoration of England and the Rule of Law. Antiquo

The English Constitution Society is a pedagogical organisation devoted to the advancement and celebration of English culture, Protestant religion (a cornerstone of the English constitution, historically safeguarded by foundational constitutional instruments such as the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Act of Settlement 1701), the common law constitution, constitutional conventions, statutes, and inherent English rights. Any cancellation or prohibition of the Society’s events, which are conducted in pursuit of these lawful aims, may constitute an offence under discrimination laws in England, including the Equality Act 2010, which explicitly protects individuals and organisations from discrimination on the basis of religion or belief. Such actions could unlawfully infringe upon the Society’s exercise of its constitutionally protected religious rights, as well as those enshrined in statute, while also potentially violating the doctrine of restraint of trade by unjustly hindering its members’ lawful endeavours to earn a living through the promotion of this cultural and religious heritage, a principle upheld under English common law as fundamental to personal and economic liberty.

Dear Fellow Subjects
of England

Our country is ruled under false pretences, a contemptuous fraud. The concept of separation of powers, which is at the heart of any true democracy limited by the constitution, has been subverted. The monarch, who is supposed to act as a safeguard against tyranny, has become a mere figurehead with no real power to assent or dissent to laws.

This is a clear breach of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688, which guarantees the independence of the monarch in the exercise of their duties.

As a result, we have a tyranny upon us that has grown slowly like a dangerous cancerous tumour. This tyranny has arisen through the gradual erosion of our common law constitution through the subversive consent of parliament, judiciary and the crown.  But it does not have the consent of the people.

There was no referendum on taking us from an English common law system of governance to a roman law administrative system (EU, UN, ICJ, ECHR, popery).  Did you vote for the abolition of Grand Juries in a referendum? Did you vote for the repeal of section two and three of the English Bill of Rights 1689 in a referendum? Did you vote for the constitutional reform act 2005 in a referendum? Did you vote for the state to have complete control over your family and health in a referendum? Did you vote for the family courts to have the power of life and death over your child in a referendum? The list is endless.

It is our duty, as enlightened citizens, to rise up against this tyranny and demand our right to self-governance. We cannot allow ourselves to be held captive by an institution that has lost its legitimacy and burdened our democracy.

We must assert our power as the true sovereigns of this land and re-establish the ancient English system of government that is truly accountable to the people.

Let us not be afraid to challenge the status quo and demand the freedom that is rightfully ours. Let us take inspiration from the great thinkers of the Enlightenment, who believed that reason and truth would ultimately prevail over ignorance and tyranny.

In the words of John Locke, one of the greatest philosophers of the Enlightenment, “Wherever law ends, tyranny begins.” Let us not allow tyranny to take root in our beloved country. Let us stand together and demand the people's government, by the people, and for the people.

The time has come for us to reclaim our sovereignty and establish a true democracy where power resides with the constitution that the people of England put in place over centuries and not with a hereditary ruler or a corrupt elite. Let us seize this moment and create a brighter future for ourselves and future generations.

Furthermore, we must remember the legacy of the great Englishman Thomas Paine, a champion of liberty and democracy. His words remain true today; we can draw inspiration from his courage and determination.

Let us not forget that we have a proud tradition of resisting tyranny and oppression. Let us harness the spirit of the English people and rise once again to demand our freedom.

Thomas Paine was a great Englishman; we can also be great Englishmen and women. Let us not seek to emulate the American Revolution but create our own revolution right here in England.

Let us take pride in our heritage and use it as a catalyst for change. Let us show the world that England is not a country of servitude but a country of liberty and justice for all.

The time has come for us to break free from the chains of the past and create a new future for ourselves and our children.

Let us be bold, let us be brave, and let us be English!

The English Constitution Society

The English Constitution Society is a members' club devoted to England, English history, the Counties, Shires, Districts, and Parishes.

The history of England and constitutional history, common law, constitutional statutes, parliament, etc.

We are volunteers with more passion and love for England than anyone can imagine.

We are non-partisan - i.e. Independent.  What governs us is the English constitution, liberty and freedom.

We are a multi-racial group, not multicultural.

We are not British - Britain is an Island, England is a Country with a culture and an indigenous white population.

British is a reference created by the British Nationality Act 1981, which was internationally unlawful.

It erased English, Scottish, Welsh, and Northern Irish identities.  The last person who did that was Stalin, who used "Soviet" as an identity for those in the political union of the USSR.
